Grow Everyday

What are you doing to grow yourself today? Anything you do to grow in one area, helps the growth in all.

1. Start with your devotions – read Proverbs (ch. 2o for the 20th day), pick a Psalm, read a chapter in I John (any of the those are good). You get the idea.Folded Praying Hands on the Bible

2. Eat healthy, protein-filled meals, and add a LOT of raw vegetables and fruits.

3. DRINK WATER! I have this app on my phone – you may think that’s silly, but I like accountability. It helps determine how much water I should drink for the type of day of having (lots of activity, heat and humidity), then it imagehelps me to keep track of it by alerting me at the top of the hour.

4. Build your “business,” whatever that is for you. I know teachers/educators, medical professionals, engineers, accountants, pastors and others in ministry, and so many more.
a. read
b. study
c. find those who are “above” you, and ask for counsel, advice, input, etc.
d. go and duplicate that, and then do it all over again.

There’s probably a LOT more that could be added.

Tell me … how are you growing today?! 🙂

About heathercb02

I am a wife and mom, homeschooling our four children, running a business, and enjoying the activities my children like, especially church and Awana clubs. I love to write so much, and mostly about Health and Wellness. I love to promote my business, the opportunity and the products. When I have the chance to help others, whether with health, wealth, homeschooling, or just being a friend, it is the most fulfilling time of my life.
